How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modification or cancellation requests.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your purchase is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $7.95 USD per order.

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 Business Days
International: 7–20 Business Days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Brenden Leroy will cover approved return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
