4. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference, including:

  • Ordered the wrong item

For returns involving:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped by us

Brenden Leroy will cover reasonable return shipping costs when approved by our support team.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photographs showing the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • Store credit

6. Inspection of Returned Products
